📦 Orders & Shipping
Q: How long does processing take?
A: Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing.

A: Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
(Shipping time does not include processing time.)
Q: Do you ship on weekends or holidays?
A: No. Orders are shipped Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Q: Will I receive tracking information?

📍 Local Pick-Up
Q: Do you offer local pick-up?
A: Yes! Colorado customers may request local pick-up at the time of purchase.
Q: How do I schedule a pick-up?
A: Contact us via chat, phone, or email and we will coordinate a time that works for you.
Q: What do I need for pick-up?
A: Please bring your order confirmation (screenshot or printed email) as proof of purchase.
🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Due to the nature of cosmetic products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. Refunds are not guaranteed.
Q: Can I return or exchange my item?
A: We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. Items must remain unused, unopened, and in original packaging to be considered.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit.
Q: What if the product doesn’t work well with my skin?
A: We understand that every individual’s skin is different. If you experience a skin sensitivity or compatibility issue, please contact us within 3 days of use.
While refunds are not guaranteed, we may offer a resolution such as store credit or a partial refund on a case-by-case basis.
Q: Why don’t you accept returns on used products?
A: For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to restock or resell opened cosmetic products.
